Rresponsible for sales and marketing of parking structure new construction and renovation. Also responsible for design review and coordination.

Principal Engineer
Responsible for the structural, foundation, and site engineering of large to medium commercial, industrial, and institutional structures. Engineer of record for over 130 parking structures. The parking structures ranged in size of up to 3300 cars. Also directly involved with the construction aspects of over half f these garages. Engineer of record for five buildings over 30 stories, four buildings over 20 stories, and one 16-story building. Engineer of record for large industrial structures with crane service of up to 175 tons. Responsible for design of temporary shoring on large construction projects with excavations of up to 70 feet.
