The project consists of a 3-level, 126,000 sq. ft.  mixed-use precast concrete parking structure to accommodate 427 parking spaces and 60,000 sq. ft.  of retail space. The parking structure is intended to service the Cork Factory apartment development located in the strip district of Pittsburgh, PA. The Cork Factory is a historic industrial building originally built in 1901 and currently being redeveloped into 295 loft apartments.
