Project Description:

CWC provided a variety of construction services to relocate the Greyhound Bus Terminal to a temporary relocation facility on a surface parking lot. The scope of work included site modifications including site utility relocation, curbing and paving. The work also included coordinating the installation of a temporary modular terminal facility with loading platforms, exterior canopies, interior fit-outs, plumbing, lighting and electric requirements. The project is to be used to accommodate about 40 intercity bus arrivals and departures a day until the new permanent terminal facility is built in 2-3 years. Greyhound Lines is the owner of the facility. The Pittsburgh Parking Authority owns the land and leases it to Greyhound. PPA will also operate the new parking facility associated with the new bus terminal when it is completed.
