The project is a 3-level (grade plus 2 supported levels), pre-cast concrete parking structure which provides 225 parking spaces. The project has approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of structural area and an additional 20,000 sq. ft. of area on grade for a total area of approximately 70,000 sq. ft.  The project entailed extensive use of thin-set brick panels and expansive glass in the main stair/elevator enclosure as its primary architectural features.
