Equal Employment Opportunity Policy

Carl Walker Construction, Inc. (CWC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer. It is the policy of the company that employment decisions will be based on merit, qualifications, competence and job performance. 

Except where required or permitted by law, this policy prohibits discrimination in hiring, promotion, selection for training, discharge, pay, fringe benefits, and other aspects of employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, or status as a veteran.

An employee who believes that he or she has been a victim of discrimination based on the above is encouraged to promptly report the matter to their Supervisor or an Officer of the Company. The Supervisor or Officer will conduct a preliminary investigation based on the information provided by the Employee and the matter will then be referred to the President of the Company for disposition. 

All such complaints may be made without fear of reprisal.

Any form of retaliation or discrimination against any employee asserting their equal opportunity rights is prohibited. 

All employees are responsible for compliance with this guideline.
